Returns & Exchanges

At Tiare Hawaii, we want you to love your island-inspired pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
